MYLES BRADBURY

My name is Myles Bradbury, and I serve as the General Manager at Avon Search, where I oversee all managerial duties within the company. My primary goal is to deliver top-quality professionals to my clients at a fraction of the cost, while ensuring complete honesty and discretion for our candidates. I am dedicated to providing the best possible service to both our clients and candidates.

With over 11 years of specialisation in care home recruitment, I am passionate about making a positive impact on people's lives by helping them find their career paths and educating professionals about the care home industry.

When I'm not working, I love spending time outdoors. Whether it's enjoying the seaside, taking long walks along the coast, or savoring a good cup of coffee, it's the simple things in life that bring me the most joy.

JONATHAN DALTON

My name is Jonathan Dalton and I am the Corporate Development Director at Avon Search & Selection Ltd.  Having spent over 30 years in HR, Recruitment and Resourcing, 25 of which working with Care Providers across the UK, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. 

I have a very analytical approach to resourcing problems and work collaboratively with my clients to provide robust recruitment solutions. Working in partnership with Care Providers allows me and our Team an opportunity to really understand our Clients’ business requirements, leading to long term relationships.

I am a strong consulting professional with a Bachelor’s degree (BA Hons) in French and Business Studies from The University of  Wolverhampton.  Outside work, I am a frustrated former Rugby player who now enjoys watching games from a local level to Internationals.  I also love live music and comedy and am an avid cook.
